Hiring and Human Resource Manager

Responsible for all Hiring, Interviewing, and On-boarding of Employee’s for Multiple Business Segments. Responsible for Advertising, Skills Assessment and Acquisition of Talent. Responsible for Community Public Relations, Job Fairs and Training Requirements. Requires knowledge of EEO Compliance and Governing Rules and Regulations. Requires you to obtain knowledge of Domestic and Foreign Regulations, Records Maintenance, Payroll and Withholding. This position leads to a a Human Resources Directors Role. Wages commensurate with experience. Will train the right candidate.
